TaylorMade nubbins Putter Aftermarket Solutions
Thank you for visiting the TaylorMade Nubbins section of our store. This line started back in late 90's with unique selling point of a soft face, similar to the texture of a ping pong paddle. The heads seem a decent quality stainless steel, and the insert often dries up and crumbles out after over 20 years of use. Many are actually being rescued and they make for great customs when you consider TaylorMade currently does not have an 8802 style head, but they did with the Nubbins B11s.
The inserts are a difficult elliptical shape, but we've managed to design some solutions, and we could continue to build inventory as demand may increase. New aftermarket solutions include: 3Dprinted Jetfusion, carbon fiber, and milled aluminum, or copper. Some options are listed below, and more can become available based on demand.

Coming soon: Jetfusion is a hybrid polyamide material printed on the HP Jetfusion line of printers. It is softer than metal, but hard enough to be legal, with respect to the USGA rules.
